How to create a Stripe payment directly from the chat
Before starting to use the App it is necessary to configure it with the Stripe parameters of your organization. To configure the App follow the following article Connect Tiledesk with your Stripe account.
The Agent can create a payment intention for the Customer he is chatting with in Tiledesk quickly through the App. The payment intent will be created on the Stripe platform thanks to the integration between Tiledesk and the Stripe payment platform.
To create a payment for your Customer, the Agent must select the conversation in the Chat section ..

.. and click on the App button at the bottom right.

The App will open on the right of the screen.
The home page allows you to create a new payment or configure the App with the Stripe platform integration parameters.

To configure the App follow the following article Connect Tiledesk with your Stripe account.
To create a new payment, the Agent must click on the Create a payment button.
Now the agent has to enter the parameters of the payment intent that he wants to create on the Stripe platform for his Customer.

The mandatory parameters to create a new payment are the customer's email, the currency and the payment amount.

The Agent can support the Customer during the payment on the chat by providing all the information necessary to complete the procedure.
Insert the Card number, Expiration data, CVC and Country to make the payment it is necessary to click on the Pay now button.

The system replies directly on the chat informing the Customer and the Agent that the payment has been made correctly on the Stripe platform.

Furthermore, the payment made by the Customer is also visible on the Stripe payment platform.
